Wallpaper* Handmade W a l l p a p e r * H a n d m a d e

In April 2013, during Milan Design Week, GO ON presented Wallpaper* Handmade, a collaborative exhibition with the British design magazine Wallpaper* Magazine, held at Galleria Leclettico in Milan.

The exhibition was created in collaboration with Copenhagen-based design studio OEO Studio, internationally recognised for its refined approach to contemporary design.
Through this collaboration, the project explored the intersection of Japanese traditional craftsmanship and modern design, presenting its potential on an international stage.

Rather than positioning Japanese craftsmanship as a legacy of the past, the project proposed it as a design language oriented toward the future.
Wallpaper* Handmade stands as one of GO ON’s early and significant initiatives, articulating its philosophy to a global audience.
